What is provided with each order
Each order comes complete with everything needed for installation.
Vinyl letters will arrive in a roll consisting of three parts - the letters, a liner, and an application tape. The adhesive side of the vinyl letters are on the liner. The letters are covered by the application tape. The letters may come in one roll or in separate rolls. Each change (color, font, font weight, style, etc.) will be in a different roll.
A squeegee is also included, free, with each order. The squeegee is used to apply the letters to the desired surface.
Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be cleaned prior to the application of vinyl letters.
Clean the area where the markings are to be applied with a non-ammonia based household cleaner. We recommend an alcohol based cleaner such as denatured alcohol or equivalent. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
Painted Surfaces: Vinyl letters should be applied to enamel based paint or high quality latex enamel. We do NOT recommend or guarantee applications to latex paint.
Temperature Requirements
Surface and air temperatures must be above 40 degrees Fahrenheit (5 degrees Celsius).

Removal Instructions
The easiest way to remove old vinyl lettering is to use a razor blade and hair-dryer / heat gun.
- Heat a small area for no more than a few seconds.
- Lift one corner of the lettering off with a razor blade.
- Once you have lifted an area large enough to grasp with your fingers, slowly pull the letters off the surface.
- Stop when the letter becomes difficult to remove, reheat the area.
- Repeat steps as necessary until all letters are removed.
- Any adhesive remaining on the surface can be removed using a spray can of adhesive removed, which is available at your local hardware store.
